  • Ingredients:
    • Casserole
      • Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes - 2lb. (900g)
      • Sharp Cheese, Shredded -1 Cup (250mL)
      • Sour Cream - 1 Cup (250mL)
      • Cream of Chicken Soup - 1 Can
      • Chopped Onion - ¼ Cup (60mL)
      • Salt - 1 Tsp. (5mL)
    • Topping
      • Crushed Potato Chips -1 Cup (250mL)
      • Melted Butter - ¼ Cup (60mL
  • Preparation
    • Combine first 6 ingredients. Put in 1 ½ of casserole. Sprinkle topping over. Bake at 350°F or 175°C for about 1 hour.
